The Equity By Design Lab focuses on understanding inequality in the workplace, especially related to social networks and human relationships. The lab consists of several doctoral students that work with me and faculty at other institutions.
We are always looking for ways to partner with companies and start ups to help them generate insights in exchange for research partnerships. All the research we do is approved by Stanford's Institutional Review Board with the relevant confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement is in place prior to the start of any project.
